The t-test was used for education level, gender and marital status variables; one-way (ANOVA) variance test analysis was applied for branch, professional seniority and school size variables. The level of significance is taken as 0.05. As the result of the study, teachers' level of fit with their work environment was found "medium" level ( = 3.23) on the basis of the scale. The sub-dimensions which have the highest and the same mean levels are "Teacher- School Fit" and "Teacher-Colleagues Fit". The sub-dimension which has the lowest mean is "Teacher - Administrator Fit". In the results of the analysis regarding education statues, gender and marital status, there were not found any significant differences in any of the sub-dimensions.
