Özet (EN)
This study is made to examine how various relaxation practices, which is done after anaerobic exercise, affect to the level of lactic acid. The team of the research consists of males wimmers of Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University School of Physical Education and Sports. Fifteen volunteer swimmers join the study. Their average of age is 23.20 2.69 years; the average of length is 179.20 7.26 cm; and the average of weigth is 80.20 kg. This study is aimedto figure out how 3 kinds of relaxation practice saffectto physiologi calrecovery. For the active recovery, swimmers walk during 5,10 and 20 minutes after swimming. For the passive relaxation, they justlay on the chaiselong during 5, 10 and 20 minutes. Then, the upperand lower extremity musclesare relaxed with 5, 10 and 20 minutes massage. Inthese 3 kinds of relaxation practice, foreach swimmers, the level of lactic acid and heart rate are measured before swimming ,soon after swimming and also in every 5 th ,10 th and 20 th minutes of swimming. The SPSS 20.0 programme is used in the evaluation of theresults. All results which are different from eachother are calculated as the aritmetic mean; Standard deviation; and minimum, maximum rate. This study is designed as 3 types which are active relaxation, passive relaxation and also massage. FRIEDMAN test, non-parametric statistic altest, isapplied on the experimental group to find the difference of level of lactic acid and heart rate. Significance level of study is accepted as p 0.05. According to the analysis of results; before test, soonafter test and in every 5 th, 10 th and 20 minutes, different relaxation practices have not effects on the level of lactic acid when the effects of different rehxation proctice son the heart rate are amlyzed before the test soon after the test and in every 5th, 10th and 20th minutes, the same as the effects the level of lactic acid, it could not be found any differences on the heart rate. As a result , the level of lactic acid and the rate of the sportmen are analyzed to find the difference between relaxation practices. So, in there sarch different relaxation practices has the same effect on the level of lactic acid, beside the method of massage is more effective than the others.
