Abstract (EN)
COVID-19 is a life-threatening disease that may be deadly. It will be much simpler to stop the spread of the illness if sick persons are recognized early on. Saliva-based testing has been shown in a few recent papers to be an alternative that may simplify and speed up the diagnosis of COVID-19. Using saliva tests and covid antibodies (IgG and IgM) results, this study will assess the diagnostic value of the covid19 antigen in the diagnosis of covid 19 patients. So here's what and how we're going about it. (100) people with a thorough medical history, clinical evaluation, and acceptable laboratory testing were enrolled in the Covid19 study. Samples of human saliva are tested for SARS-CoV-2 antigen using an immunochromatographic assay (ICA). In blood and saliva samples, Covid testing for SARS-CoV-2 yielded a broad range of findings in detecting SARS-CoV-2. There was a high rate of detection for rapid antibodies of 47.83 percent in group1 and 50 percent in group2, but only 8.33 percent in group1 and a low rate of detection for saliva testing. Saliva antigen testing was shown to be ineffective in identifying COVID. It's possible that the results are due to COVID's dry mouth and lack of saliva. Keywords: Saliva, Comparison, PCR, COVID-19
