Abstract (EN)

The success of the years of independence of Azerbaijan is that our Republic follows an independent policy, looks after national interests independently of any state or international organization. The economic and social base of the Azerbaijani economy has been expanding since 1996 with sustainable development and high growth rates. The growth of the oil and non-oil sectors in our country indicates the steady growth of the economy's gross domestic product, budget and foreign exchange reserves from year to year. In this period, the development of entrepreneurship, energy security, and new infrastructure also developed. Recently, serious changes have been made in Turkey's foreign policy and a qualitatively new phase has begun in Azerbaijan-Turkey relations. Today, Turkey is Azerbaijan's most reliable political ally and equal economic partner. Azerbaijan-Turkey relations not only serve the interests of the two brotherly peoples, but also contribute to the establishment of peace and tranquility in the world and in the region. Keywords: Oil industry, Non-oil industry, Gross domestic product, Turkey relations
