The fact that the allocated loans become problematic brings additional costs to the banks. The increase in non-performing loans increases the time and expense item for banks and adversely affects the loan/deposit balance. At this point, it is important to evaluate loan demands correctly. The aim of the thesis is to deal with the process of evaluating corporate loan types and customer demands in banks operating in the financial sector with loan opening duties. In this study, it is aimed to examine the loan demands of enterprises operating in different sectors and the conditions taken into account by banks in the evaluation of these demands, and to reveal which issues they attach importance to in evaluating their loan demands.
