Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, the effects of some biopreparations (Mycosym, Symbion VAM, Endoroots, BM-Megaflu, Roa plus, rose marc compost, and standart bactericide copper) on plant development, cancer and wilt disease Clavibacter michiganensis subs. michiganensis (Cmm), amounts of total phenolic compounds as important resistance parameter were determined at the pot conditions. Of bioproducts, compost material was added to the growing medium; mycorrhizal fungi were applied to the planting bed; Roa plus and BM-Megaflu were applied around root immediately after the planting and copper was applied as protectant. The disease severity and necrosis length of Cmm were reduced by 14.4-35.1% and 41.5-52.1%, respectively. Roa plus and BM-Megaflu increased the plant height and stem diameter of plant compared to control. Roa plus was more successful in increasing fresh and dry weights of root and shoot of plant. Although a certain level of decrease in plant growth parameters was observed in case of disease inoculation, these preparations showed the same success in increasing plant growth. Endoroots, Mycosym and Symbion VAM were colonized in tomato roots at 50.8%, 60.6% and 65.2%, respectively. Although the disease was inoculated, the colonization was reduced at a certain rate but it was still over 40%. The total number of phenolic compounds has been increased in all applications. There has been an increase in the total amount of phenolic compounds due to pathogen stress only in pathogen applied plants However, the total amount of phenolic compounds in the combinations of biopreparates with the pathogen increased even more. As a result, Roa plus and BM-Megaflu were given in a way that it can be used as a supporter in the disease prevention program according to the results of the disease and the hopefull for the plants.
