Abstract (EN)

The deterioration of the natural balance with the intense use of synthetic chemicals in the vineyards, the occurrence of environmental pollution and the emergence of life-threatening dangers show how important sustainable viticulture techniques are. One of the cost-effective and environmentally friendly techniques within the scope of sustainable viticulture is biostimulant applications. In this study, which was carried out to increase the yield and quality of grapevine, the effect of commercial preparations Colostrum (animal originated amino acid), Vulcano (plant originated amino acid) and BlackJak (humic acid) on Öküzgözü was investigated. Determination of the effects of biostimulant applications, were determined with grape width, grape length, 100 grape weight, cluster width, cluster height, cluster weight, yield, pH, water soluable solid, titration acidity, maturity index, color values, total phenolic compounds, total flavonoid, anthocyanin and L-ascorbic acid values Significant differences were determined between the biostimulant applications in cluster size, grape L value, titration acidity, maturity index, water soluble solid, anthocyanin and L-ascorbic acid values. The highest value of cluster length was determined in Colostrum (HA=21.99 cm) application, and the L value (33.67) was determined in BlackJak (HU) application. The highest water soluble solid was determined in Vulcano (BA=17.37°Brix), Control (17.22°Brix) and Colostrum (HA=17.10°Brix) applications. Titration acidity was lowest in Control (5.82) and highest in BlackJak+Colostrum (HU+HA=7.98) and Colostrum (HA=7.73) applications. While the highest amount of anthocyanin was in BlacJack+Colostrum (HU+HA=1396.20 mg/100g TA), L-ascorbic acid value was determined in Vulcano application (BA= 8.47 mg/100g TA). Considering the findings obtained from this study in general, it was concluded that foliar applied biostimulants during production can be recommended to increase yield and quality in vines.
