Bilgi ve İletişim Teknolojilerinin (BİT) insan kaynakları üzerindeki etkisi

The study aimed to investigate the impact of ICT (ICT) on human resource performance and human resource strategy in the Baghdad Electricity Company, based on the descriptive-analytical approach. The study has used a sample of 189 employees using a survey to collect the responses. The study has used a theoretical model consisting of one independent variable and two dependent variables. The multivariate regression analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 2.0 to statistically test the hypotheses. The results indicated that there is a statistically significant impact of ICT on HR performance and HR strategy. Therefore, the use of ICT is the catalyst in the development of human resources and improves its performance.
