Researching the effects of the setup in bobbin machines to the yarn quality

Yarns that produced in ring spinning mills the structure of the yarn during spinning becomes some failures because of the nature of cotton this failures brings disturbing images when it used in weaving or knitting and produced as fabric and it will be referred as poor quality of the customer. To solve this failures there are measuring heads and sensor for detecting the failures by transfering the yarn from cops to bobin and purify as possible as is. İn this thesis the main aim is to improve the quality of yarn and to minimize failures which has been obtained from %100 raw cotton and produced in a company and still being produced Ne 30/1, Ne 36/1, Ne 40/1 ve Ne 50/1 ring compact, company environment and the machine settings to be done has taken to hand and this two factors has changed and examined the results and tried to catch the optimum curve of production and quality.
