The degree of identification of employees with the organization and the organizational commitment that enables the organization to increase the level of performance has become an important issue in recent years. Motivation to examine employee behaviors and meet their needs is another important issue that modern organizations consider. The main purpose of this study is to examine in detail whether the tools used to increase employee motivation affect organizational commitment dimensions. For this purpose, a field research was conducted in the food sector. The attitudes of individuals with different demographic characteristics to which motivation tools are connected to the organization were questioned. When the results of the study are analyzed, it is concluded that psycho-social tools, which are used to increase the motivation of the employees, affect the emotional and normative commitment and the continuity commitment of the economic tools according to the results of the analysis which includes only male employees. However, when women workers were included in the analysis, it was found that psycho-social motivation tools had an effect on normative commitment and continuity of organizational and managerial tools.
