This study was prepared to define the relationship between employees' perception of corporate reputation and organizational commitment. Besides this basic purpose, there are some sub-purposes such as determining employees' perception of corporate reputation and the level of organizational commitment, and whether these variables differ in terms of the demographic status of participants or not. Within researching the relationship between perception of corporate reputation and organizational commitment, 185 people chosen from employees of a finance company locating in Istanbul by simple random sample method established the participants of survey. In the research, the data collected by survey was analyzed by using the SPSS 24 package. In the analysis of the data, the findings acquired were evaluated by using frequency distribution, factor analysis, factor loads of materials, one way variance analysis and correlation tests.
