Abstract (EN)
Human resources, which constitute the backbone of organizations and which is one of the most important dynamics, is a formation that will require the same importance for employees as well. In this sense, the satisfaction of employees is the primary purpose and importance for achieving an organizational success. As a result, one of the basic principles of achieving high efficiency is to provide employee motivation and to continue to create organizational commitment. The dynamics of many human resources that have become established in the organizational sense are the key to keeping employees motivated at a high level. An employee with a high motivation is able to obtain organizational loyalty due to the adoption of the organization's culture and structure. In this study; In order to measure the effect of motivation on organizational commitment, a comprehensive theory was obtained by literature search and the results were analyzed using questionnaire method. The results shows that there is a significant relaptionship between organizational commitment and motivation This affects the attitudes of the employess and leads to the development of behavior in both professional and organizational sense.
