Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this research is to determine the gender role, audit focus and organizational constraints on the perception of career futures for women in general. The population of the research consists of women who are employed in the academic and administrative positions of the Duzce University. Quantitative research method was used and data were obtained by face-to-face survey technique. Total number of questionnaires, taken into consideration and used in the data analysis, is 236.The main statistical analyses used in the study are; descriptive statistics, regression analysis, t-test, anova and factor analysis. SPSS 20.0 program was used in the analysis of the data. According to the results of the research, there is no significant effect on the perception of the negative career future, while the gender role dimensions have a positive effect on the positive career future perception. While the influence of the internal audit focus on the positive career future perception from the control dimension dimensions is higher than the external audit focus, there is no significant effect on the negative career prospects. In addition, it has been found that the external audit focus has a positive effect on the negative career perception. Organizational constraints have a positive effect on positive career future perception, but there is no significant effect on negative career future perception. In addition, it has been found that the positive career future perception of academic staff is higher than that of the administrative staff.
