Child rights crisis: Analysis of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and Its Implementation

Children's rights is perhaps one of the most sensitive topics within the field of human rights that requires careful attention. While children, as a requirement of being human, have fundamental rights, the rights of the child are often neglected and harmed by many actors, even though the child's rights are officially recognized by the most states in the world within the scope of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. The child is still vulnerable and neglected. And the world is grappling with a child rights crisis. In this context, an examination has been conducted globally on various aspects of children's rights to illustrate the current state of children's rights and emphasize the necessity of development and the urgency of the situation. The study selected exemplary states from different regions of the world, from the countries at the top of the list within the framework of the Human Development Report, and examined the concluding observation reports of these states submitted by the Committee on the Rights of the Child, and examined the position of these countries, which are claimed to be developed within the scope of the Human Development Report, in the field of children's rights.
