Abstract (EN)
Organizations structures have been created by people. Negative situations that may occur within the organization affect the employee psychologically. As a result of the process leading to globalization, negative thoughts about the workplace in the workplace lead to a sense of loneliness and cause cynic behaviors within the organization. Therefore, this study aims to provide an assessment of the effect of workplace loneliness in organizational cynicism of individuals working in Multinational Corporations. The subject of the thesis is based on the findings of workplace loneliness and organizational cynicism. The survey, in Multinational Companies in Turkey has been evaluated as white-collar employees, including 81 woman and 69 men out of 150 employees. It was found that there was a partial effect on the feelings of loneliness and cycnicism attitudes of the participarts. Although each concept is dealt with separately, there are very few studies in which both are evaluated. It is thought that this study will contribute to scientific knowledge.
