In todays world of globalisation and increased competition, manifacturing, producti-vity and to ensure the employees remain within the company has become more impor-tant. In terms of contunious success and achieveing their goals, the organisational com-mitment has gained an important place in enterprises, this also applies for academics and its practitioners. The forms of leadership behaviour have shown by managers, has an affect in various ways on employees' organizational commitment level and their inten-tion to leave the job. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between orga-nisational commitment and intention to leave the job via bank employees. For this pur-pose, the questionnaire method were analyzed which data obtained by 389 bank emplo-yees in İstanbul. The data obtained in the study were analyzed by using SPSS (Statisti-cal Package for Social Sciences) 22.0 for Windows program. In the evaluation of the data; descriptive statistical methods have been used as number, percentage, average and standard deviation. Normal distribution test were performed to determine whether rese-arch normally distributed variables. If we look in to employees' perceptions of leadership, organizational commitment and intention to leave, the average workers 'intention to leave from work' level was found to be weak. The organizational commitment levels of employees are; "emotional com-mitment" medium level, "continued commitment" mid-level, "normative commitment" mid-level, "general organizational commitment" level is determined as medium. Emplo-yees' perceptions of leadership was determined as; high level of "visionary leadership", high level of "participative leadership", level is high, "autocratic leadership", high level of "instructional leadership", high level of ''relationship-oriented leadership", high level of "satisfaction with the leadership behaviours, high level of "'general leadership".
