Abstract (EN)

Today, the power of a state emerges as the economic power in the first stage. A state with sufficient economic power can create the opportunity to ensure its national security and political independence. Societies which lose their economic power and do not have the necessary economic power face serious problems in ensuring their national security in today's world. Economic security is one of the fundamental elements of the security and integrity of a state and is part of the national security strategy. It is seen that the concept of national security in the world has shifted to economic security after the end of the cold war. The aim of this study was found in Turkey and threats by comparing the 10-year process of economic data sourced from the G7 economic structure and to identify risks. At the end of the study, the G7 community, composed of economically strong countries, is strong in terms of economic indicators, and our country is under threat for economic security.
