Abstract (EN)

This study aims to analyze and provide guidance on the ten Quranic readings as presented in the book "Al-Tafsir Al-Muzahiri" by Muhammad San'a Allah Al-Muzahiri (d. 1225/1810) through Surat Al-Anbiya' and Al-Hajj. The researcher collected the Quranic readings mentioned by Al-Muzahiri in these two suras and attributed them to the respective reciters of the ten readings. The study also explains the linguistic meanings of the readings and provides guidance based on Al-Muzahiri's interpretation, as well as other sources such as books on the ten readings, language dictionaries, guidance books on the readings, and books of exegesis. The research utilized several methodologies such as analytical, inductive, and comparative approaches. The study is divided into an introduction, four chapters, and a conclusion. In the first chapter, the researcher explains the concept of Quranic readings, their definition, relation to the Quran, relation to interpretation, benefits of their diversity, important terms related to the science of Correct Quranic readings, and the criteria for acceptable recitation. The researcher also defines the ten reciters and their most famous narrators. In the second chapter, the researcher provides a brief biography of Al-Muzahiri and his methodology in presenting and guiding Quranic readings. The third chapter presents a description of Surat Al-Anbiya' and its verses that contain the readings, along with guidance on their correct understanding. Finally, the fourth chapter presents a description of Surat Al-Hajj and its verses containing the readings, along with guidance on their correct understanding. The study concludes that the diversity and multiplicity of Quranic readings lead to an increase in the meanings of the text. The differences between the readings are not contradictory but rather complementary. Al-Muzahiri's book is rich in Quranic readings, and his method of presenting and guiding them is simple and straightforward, avoiding lengthy explanations and unnecessary elaborations. Therefore, his interpretation is worthy of research and study for the benefit and utilization of scholars and researchers.
