Background: In this study, the effectiveness of mobile health clinics, which are expected to help with disease prevention and control among underserved populations living in the Sinjar region of Iraq, is measured. Additionally, the study evaluates the degree to which the region's residents benefit from mobile health clinics, revealing both their strengths and weaknesses as they function in the stricken regions. Aim: The main aim of this study is to determine the level of satisfaction with the services provided by the mobile health clinic and health clinics according to the demographic characteristics of the participants. Method: The population of the study consists of a sample group of at least 175 patients receiving treatment through 10 mobile health clinics in the Sinjar region. The G*Power computer program was used for Power Analysis, with medium effect size (η2=0.265), 80% power, and 5% type I error level, one-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Results: Patients included: 56.7% were male, 41.1% were 18-25 years old, 51.1% were in the rural areas of Sinjar, 54.4% were single, 56.1% were unemployed, 76.7% it was income less than the expenditure and 78.9% of them have not a chronic disease. Conclusion: It was determined that the satisfaction levels of the patients with mobile health clinics in the Sinjar region and its villages and Camps were very close to each other (average 2.60 points), whereas it was slightly lower in Sinjar center (average 2.49 points). Finally, patients in all three settlements are moderately satisfied with mobile health clinics.
