bu çalışmada 4721 sayılı türk medeni kanunu 166.maddesinde düzenlenen evlilik birliğinin temelinden sarsılması nedenine dayalı boşanma incelenmiştir. birinci bölümde boşanma genel olarak ele alınmış ikinci bölümde ise özel boşanma sebepleri ve evlilik birliğinin temelden sarsılması nedeniyle boşanma, anlaşmalı boşanma ve fiili ayrılık nedeniyle boşanma kurumu düzenlenmiştir.
