Abstract (EN)

In this study carried out in 2020 and 2021, the effects of the use of vermicompost, bacteria and algae extract on yield, quality and biochemical properties of '0900 Ziraat' sweet cherry cultivar were determined. In the study, algae extract (AA) was applied to the tree, algae extract (AT) was applied to the soil, algae extract was applied to both the tree and the soil (AAT), bacteria was applied to the tree (BA), bacteria was applied to the soil (BT), bacteria was applied to both the tree and the soil (BAT), and bacteria was applied to the soil. In addition to vermicompost (VT) applications, combinations of VT+AAT, VT+BAT and BAT+AAT were also applied. Soil applications were made once during bud swell, and leaf applications were made twice, in full bloom and 15 days after full bloom. At the end of the study, it was determined that VT+AAT application increased shoot length and AAT application increased leaf area. It was observed that the treatments had no effect on fruit width, length, flesh/seed ratio, flesh firmness, a* color value, total anthocyanin content and yield. According to the control in 2020, AA application increased fruit set by 13.5% and in 2021, VT+BAT application increased by 19.92%. While AY application had a positive effect on chlorophyll a content in 2020, all applications increased chlorophyll a content in 2021. While AA application had a positive effect on chlorophyll a content in 2020, all applications increased chlorophyll a content in 2021. It was determined that AT application in 2020 and VT+BAT application in 2021 reduced cracking in sweet cherry fruits. Total phenolic content in sweet cherries of AAT application in 2020 and 2021 was found to be 80.56 and 91.04 mg GAE 100 g-1, respectively. It was observed that BT application increased the chlorogenic acid content in both years. It has been determined that the applications either reduce or do not affect the amounts of phosphorus and potassium in the leaves. It was determined that AAT application in 2020 positively affected magnesium and iron content, and AA application in 2021 positively affected calcium and manganese content.
