Özet (EN)
Investigation Of Stress Distribution On İmplant, Abutment, Screw, Prosthesis And Bone Under Force By Finite Element Stress Analysis Method Of İmplant Supported Prostheses Created With Framework Materials Of Different Types And Weight Many studies have proven that the use of implant-supported prosthetic restorations is a good solution for the rehabilitation of edentulous patients. The all-on-four treatment concept was developed by Malo et al.in 2003 in edentulous arches; It is a treatment option applied for fixed prosthetic rehabilitation of edentulous jaws by using a total of 4 implants, 2 axially in the anterior region and 2 distally inclined in the posterior region. The most important factor affecting the long-term success of implant-supported systems is biomechanics. Although there are many studies evaluating the stresses caused by the framework materials used in the all-on-four treatment concept under occlusal forces, the number of studies showing the biomechanical effect of prosthesis weight on the prosthetic rehabilitation of the patient is insufficient. The aim of this study is to evaluate the stress that the weights of different framework materials and occlusal forces to be used on the implants placed according to the All-on-four concept in the fully resorbed mandible, on the implant, abutment, screw, prosthesis and bone, using the finite element stress analysis method. In this study, dentures designed with five different frameworks (chrome-cobalt, titanium, zirconia, FGR and PEEK) were modeled on implants placed in the edentulous mandible according to the All-on-four technique. Prosthesis models with the same volume created from five different frameworks were calculated using the density=mass/volume formula, and their weights were calculated and the resulting stresses were examined. The weight of different types of prostheses affected the stresses in the surrounding tissues. In the study, lower stress values were measured in rigid frameworks such as Cr-Co, zirconia and titanium in implant and surrounding tissues compared to elastic materials such as fiber and PEEK. When the stresses occurring within the material were evaluated, lower stresses were observed in fiber and PEEK frameworks with low elastic modulus It was observed that the risk for long-term success and survival of the implant and surrounding tissues decreased as the elasticity module of the infrastructure material increased. It is thought that the use of Cr-Co, Zr, Ti materials as framework is more appropriate. Keywords: Dental Implant, Finite Element Analyses, Biomechanics, Bone tisssue
