Abstract (EN)

The aim of this research is to make a comparison between employees which is in Germany, that one of the leading countries of the fair in the world and Turkey, aiming to become an epicenter in the sense of fair. In this study, Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale was used to measure job satisfaction of employees in fairs. Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale is an questionnaire that covers all aspects of job conditions that measures level of internal and external satisfaction. It was revealed that the fair employees experience differences in terms of job satisfaction in terms of theese countries, as a result of the analysis of the sample data obtained from both countries. While research findings reveal that overall satisfaction level of fair employees, working in Germany, is higher than the satisfaction that Turkish employees have had, also reveal that, in terms of external satisfaction, fair employees in Turkey have higher satisfaction than German employees have had.
