Abstract (EN)
In today's competitive market, companies are searching different strategies to improve their market share, focusing on customer satisfaction. Consumers' can easily analysis competitive firms and products especially by using social media and express their own needs and wants before giving their final decisions. Within this, brand loyalty is important factor which effects the consumers' decision, firms should save their loyal customers and increase the number of loyal customers is important for sustainable business environment. Determined factors of brand loyalty, is the opportunity for the firms for consumer focused approach. The aim of this study, determining the motivated customer satisfaction factors and the effects of brand choice for the firms/brands who are in clothing sector. This study is important for the marketing specialists who are actively working at clothing sector. Factors of customer satisfaction, will be helpful for underling the marketing strategies for marketers of clothing brands/firms. Also for other sectors, the model which is described in this thesis will give directions. As a result of this thesis, customer relationship, marketing communication, and quality are the motivating factors of brand loyalty.
