Abstract (EN)
Heterocyclic chemistry is the largest section of organic chemistry, which has made a great contribution to the development and improvement of many important areas of life. Among the heterocycles, Azahetero cyclic is the cyclic compound that contains a nitrogen atom in the ring. It is critical to almost every life process and a large percentage of the transformations that lead to the creation of increasingly sophisticated products. Azahetero cyclic compounds are abundant in many areas and are essential to life in a variety of ways. Several azahetero cyclic compounds are well recognized and are expanding quickly, holding a unique position among both natural products and synthesized compounds with significant pharmacological applications. The majority of medications and agricultural compounds that are biologically active are azahetero cyclic. Examples of azahetero cyclic systems include alkaloids, antibiotics, vitamins, hemoglobin, hormones, many synthetic drugs, and dyes, to name a few. In this context, benzyl 3,3',4,6'-tetrahydro-1'H,2H-spiro[naphthalene-1,2'-pyridine]-1'-carboxylate and benzyl allyl(1-vinyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-yl) carbamate precursor of benzyl 2,3-dihydrospiro [ Indyne-1,2'-pyrrole]-1'(5'H)-carboxylate were synthesized. Initially, 1-tetralone is converted to corresponding N-allylamine in the presence of a molecular sieve followed by a Grignard addition reaction in the presence of allyl magnesium bromide yields corresponding diene protected by benzyl chloroformate result benzyl allyl(1-allyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalen-1-yl) carbamate. Tetrahydropyridine was prepared by the Ring-Closing Metathesis using Grubbs 2nd generation catalyst. Moreover, 1-indanone is subjected to N-allylamine with a molecular sieve, in the same manner following benzyl chloroformate tandem reaction with vinyl magnesium bromide yielded corresponding diene precursor of dihydro spiro pyrrole; benzyl 2,3-dihydrospiro[indene-1,2'-pyrrole]-1'(5'H)-carboxylate.
