The evaluations of nurses related to mobbinge exposure and hospital ethical climate

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the mobbinding conditions of nurses and the ethical climate of the hospital. The work is planned as descriptive and explanatory. Within the scope of the research, 250 nurses were reached by convenience sampling method. The survey form was used to collect the data. The questionnaire consists of three parts. The first part contains questions on demographics, the second part the Mobbing scale, and the third part the ethical climate scale. Data analysis was performed on the SPSS 17 package program. Descriptive statistics, t test, ANOVA test and Pearson correlation tests were used in the analysis of the data. Ethical climate perceptions of nurses with exposure to mobbing examined the relationship between self-perceptions of benevolence and with a negative climate for expression and communication between mobbing ilkelilik-way, and meaningful relationship (p<0.05). There is a negative and meaningful relationship between nurses' perceptions of mobbing towards reputation and personality and the climate of primitivism.
