Abstract (EN)

Institutionalculture is important for nursing institutions like every institution. The institution to which each nurse is affiliatedforms a privatecorporateculture.Organizationalcommitmentrequiresthatemployeesmakemoreeffortstoreachtheirgoalswiththeorganization'sdesireto be permanent. As organizational commitmentin creases, the work efficiency of employeesin creases. Forcommunityhealth,hospitalsareveryimportantinstitutionsforthedevelopment, treatmentand post-treatment, togetherwiththeprotection of health. Inrecentyears, theconcepts of organizationalcultureandcorporateculturehavegainedvalue in theseinstitutions in ordertoincreasethequality of service in accordancewiththequalitycriteriadevelopedwiththe modern system in thedevelopingperiod. This study was carried out to determine the effectsof the employees' adaptationtotheinstitutionalcultureandthesuccess of theproject. According to the resultsobtained from the data of the nurses working in Sadi Konuk Training and Research Hospital and Bağcılar Training and Research Hospital, it wasaimed to establish a scientific data on the effect of the institution al culture workers on the adaptation to the institution and success. A question naire consisting of 30 questions was administered to nurses and a total of 200 questionn aires were evaluated. There liability and validity of the SPSS 16 program were checkedand analyzed in detailby factoranalysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis methods.
