Abstract (EN)

In our study, for the determination of Ag+ and Fe3+ ions found in trace amounts in drug samples; It is aimed to develop an accurate, reliable, easy and less costly analysis method. For this purpose, determinations were made by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) after preconcentration of oleic acid modified iron oxide with Ag+ and cobaltoxide nanoparticles with Fe3+ ions. In the first part of our experimental study, Fe3O4 and Co3O4 nanoparticles were synthesized for a solid phase extraction method in order to separate silver and iron ions from the environment and preconcentrate before analysis. In the second part, in the solid phase micro-extraction (SPME) technique used for separation and enrichment; as solid phase support (adsorbent); Iron oxide magnetic nanoparticles and Co3O4 nanoparticles whose surface was modified (expanded) with oleic acid were used. For the optimization of the SPME method in the enrichment process, the laboratory was carried out on a small scale. In order to determine the optimum conditions, important analytical parameters such as pH of the environment, amount of buffer, amount of magnetic nanoparticles used, type and duration of agitator, temperature and time, eluent volume and matrix (interfer) effect were scanned and optimized. Analytical variables such as limit of detection (LOD), limit of determination (LOQ) and linear operating range of the method were determined under the optimal conditions determined. The accuracy of the method was determined by applying it to real samples, so studies were carried out on burn creams and iron-containing drugs. Intervention studies were also carried out to examine the disruptive effects in the studies. For this, the data were evaluated by studying 6 different metals. Thus, a new method has been developed for the analysis of drugs containing Ag+ and Fe3+ ions by using modified iron oxide and cobalt oxide magnetic nanoparticles.
