Process of the elementary students? and secondary students? sharing the same building in the education

Elementery students and secondary pupils share the same building in Turkey. The aim of this study is to determine the thoughts of teachers and administrators about the advantages and disadvantages of this situation.The universe of this descriptive search in scanning model consists of 2.619 teachers and 326 administators from 34 primary education schools in Ataşehir District in Istanbul. Since it is difficult to reach all of stated universe, 192 teachers and 70 administrators from 21 schools in Ataşehir District in İstanbul have been selected through random method. The number of teachers and administrators in stated schools have been availed from Ataşehir National Education Management Strategy Development Unit and so the represent ability power of universe of sampling group has been tried to determine.?The Scale of Evaluation of Primary Students? and Secondary Pupils? Sharing The Same Building by Teachers and Adminstrators? which was developed by the researcher has been used as data gathering tool. SPSS software has been used in the analysis of the obtained data.To examine the data; frequency, percentage, arithmetic average, standard deviation and chi-square have been studied. A level of 0.05 has been taken as a basis in the significance test. The suggestions have been developed under the light of availed data.In this research it has seen that, the elementary students? and secondary students? sharing the same building in the educational process has some results. Firstly, secondary students bully elementary students. Secondly, secondary students swear to elementary pupils and the secondary students make them do their own duties. And also, secondary students causes disruption and congestion while leaving from and coming to the school. However secondary students are models for elementary pupils and they help elementary pupils for their homeworks and also they help when the elementary pupils have an accident. It has seen that they have a good communication with elementary students. The suggestions have been developed under the light of availed data.
