Impact of Organizational Culture on Quality Management Practices of Commercial Banks in Afghanistan This thesis aims to investigate the impact of organizational culture on Quality management practices of commercial banks in Afghanistan. It is quantitative research that inspires to higher the organizational culture and quality management practices of commercial banks in Afghanistan. The study spans over the periods of 2019 to 2021. It used the questionnaires as the source of collecting data from the commercial banks' employees. The organizational culture uses the proxies of teamwork, employee empowerment, continuous improvement, and Decision-making support. In contrast, the quality management practices use the proxies of Top management leadership & vision, organizational power, customer focus & satisfaction, and employee performance measurement. The main objective of this research is to investigate the effect of the organizational culture on quality management practices of commercial banks. About 150 sample sizes of the questionnaires were distributed to employees and managers of different departments of the commercial banks. The research is based on Kabul city only with emphasises on non-state owend commercial banks of Afghanistan. To answer the research questions sixteen hypothesis are developed to test the acceptance and rejection of the hypothesis. This research uses linear regression quantitative method for data collection and analyzation. after calculation of the data the fourteen hypothesises out of sixteen total hypothesises which were developed for this study are accepted and only two hypothesises are rejected. However, the rejections do not mean that those have no impact. hence, it is determined from the perception of the people to the concept during the interview. This study stresses on positive impact of organizational culture on quality management practices of commercial banks of Afghanistan Therefore, more effort should be done in order to improve organizational culture and quality management practices in order to enhance the profitability and stability of the Banks in Afghanistan.
