The purpose of this study is to investigate the natural influence of organizational culture, leader-member exchange and employees? attitudes toward change on employees? perceptions of IS implementation success and acceptance.In this study, the researcher purposes to provide an understanding of the relationship between organizational and social factors and IS implementation success and acceptance. In order to minimize risk of high consideration and interaction of technical issues, which may affect the IS implementations, organizations which have highly developed IT processes and staff and have enough resources to handle major IS implementations are chosen.The results of this study are expected to reveal more information about the social enablers and important organizational and relational concepts, which may directly or indirectly affect IS implementations in Turkey.The study, also, aims to provide an understanding of the relationship between acceptance of the IS implementation and employees? perceptions about its success.
