Haraldssaga Hardarada ve Knytlinga Saga 3. Harald ve Knud'un hayatını anlatır. Her ne kadar onların hayatlarını anlatsalar da, iki sagada da tarihsel hatalar bulunmaktadır. Bu tezin amacı iki saganın Anglo-Sakson Kronolojisi ile karşılaştırılması ve aralarındaki farkların göstermesidir. Anahtar kelimeler; Vikingler, Ġngiltere, Büyük Knud, III. Harald, Knýtlinga saga,Heimskringla.
