Effects of psychological abuse (mobbing) upon workers in working environment

In this study was aimed investigate the levels of psychological abuse and action who works in health institutions and faced personal this situations. As the sample in this study who selected as a random method 138 volunteer in İstanbul including Asian and Europa side between May and June months in 2011. The study has three parts. In the first part was aimed describe the psychological abuse?s definitions and concepts, the stages of psychological abuse?s process and the reasons of psychological abuse. In the second part was mentioned methods of dealing with psychological abuse, told result of psychological abuse and psychological abuse which explained by sample event method. In the third part include the data which obtained by surveys was analyzed with SPSS 17.0 statistical data analysis packet program. In this part was aimed to determine the ways of face the psychological abuse about the health workers, investigated frequents and determined effect of psychological abuse upon the workers.As a result of the study was encountered in cases of psychological abuse in organizations, like this attitudes effect human as a personal, societies and organizations with negative ways. In the study was stressed the people who aggrieved Mobbing was faced not only like depression and TSSB (Post-traumatic stress disease) but also physiological problems. In addition to this results mentioned methods of the deal with Mobbing, though need to the legal regulations about mobbing.
