Abstract (EN)

Identification of new targets is extremely crucial for maintaining global competitiveness of enterprises, and implementation of new regulations and strategies is very important from the perspective of business support and further expansion of enterprises. However, enterprise-based strategies of changes are generally met with mixed reception and not always welcome. Employees tend to demonstrate different behavioural modes in regard of changes. Implementation of strategies of changes has psychological, sosial, economic and other impact at employees and, in most cases, provokes their resistance to changes. This resistance might seriously hamper changes and finally lead to implementation failures. It is necessary, therefore, to identify impact factors influencing employees at the organizations and mitigate or even quell the resistance to changes in order to provide successful implementation of the strategies of changes. Managers and staff involved during the period of changes implementation should identify changes-related challenges, key purposes and prevention plans coupled with consideration of relevant barriers to changes. The overall purpose of thesis writing is study on sosial, psychological and economic impact of the strategies of changes applied at organizations and putting suggestions on elimination of this impact as well as prevention of resistance to changes.
