Logistics is concept where right product(product requested) is delivered at right place(place requested) at right time(time requested) with minimum damage and cost. In globalized world, logistics provide bigger part of superiority in competition of businesses deriving from changes in market. For many years, humanity used many natural resource in order to meet his needs and almost drained these resources. Such developments, in result, drained natural resources and caused life cycle to perish. Today, businesses have become aware of this situation and taken more environment-friendly and economical steps and emphasized recycle of used product and materials. Within this context, environmental factors, ecological and social responsibilities, legislative regulations, economic impact, clients' requests etc. created the concept of Reverse Logistics. Logistics is understood as forward direction ( from manufacturer to end user) whereas reverse logistics is performed other way around. Reverse logistics, in general terms, includes activities such as recycling of used products, decreasing the consumption of sources, repairing products or reproduction, disposing wastes and collecting such wastes to burn them. In this work, concept of logistics and reverse logistics are explain in general terms. In practice, I have made survey on some businesses in İmes Industrial Zone. The results have been analyzed through SPSS 23 and Anova 23 software.
