Abstract (EN)

The aim of this project is, mobbing applications which are in scope of chosen sector and to determination of relationship between tendencies of showing organizational citizenship behaviour.Thesis includes three chapters. In the first chapter; concept of mobbing , different stages of mobbing and progress, reasons, results of mobbing and how to handle, In the second chapter; definition of organizational citizenship, theories about organizational citizenship, and similar behaviours, extents, factors that has effect on developing one, results and relationship between organizational citizenship behaviours and mobbing subjects are stated.To evaluate of mobbing and to tendency of showing organization citizenship behaviour survey technique is used. This technique is proper approach according to aim of project. The data used in this project will be; survey results which gathered from 119 randomly chosen employees of 16 different private banks in the centre of Kütahya. Research results are determined according to types of variables by SPSS 15 software and frequency distributions, Chi- Square analysis and correlation analysis.According to result of the research, there is reverse and meaningful relation between the level of expose to mobbing and organizational citizenship behaviour. In other words tendency of showing organizational citizenship behaviour decreasing when employees are exposed to mobbingKey Words: Mobbing, Psychological Violence, Harrassment, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour, Human Resource Management
