Abstract (EN)
Turkey and Germany have established strong relationships in the political, economic, military, educational, cultural and scientific fields in the recent historical period. These relations from the past to the present have contributed to both Turkey and Germany. These relations between Turkey and Germany are so advanced that they can not be compared with any other country. However, when comparing the two countries, the transfer of knowledge and technology from Germany to Turkey in social and scientific fields has been advanced. Scientific experiences transferred from Germany to Turkey in this framework are mainly about the transfer of information and technology and especially the study of the influence of Germany over Turkey. After looking at the historical dimensions of the relations and the modernisation process of the Republic of Turkey, and the first years of the foundation of the Republic of Turkey, the arrival of German scientists, the problems they encountered before and after they arrived, in addition the contributions and effects on Turkish institutions and organisations, and how they affected the relations between the two countries has been researched.
