Abstract (EN)

In this study, it was aimed to examine the studies investigating the effect of breathing and relaxation exercises on reducing pain during chest tube removal after coronary bypass surgery by meta-analysis method. All research up to September 2023 was examined. In this study, it was aimed to examine the studies investigating the effect of breathing and relaxation exercises on reducing pain during chest tube removal after coronary bypass surgery by meta-analysis method. September 2023, nine electronic databases were searched to identify the published studies until Dec. As a result of the screening, six randomized controlled trials were included in the analysis. The included articles were evaluated by two independent evaluators separately and then together with the methodological quality of the studies using the Cochrane risk of bias tool (RoB 2). In the recommendation of the Cochrane Handbook of Systematic Reviews of Interventions, the mean pain measurement of the intervention and control group, the standard deviation is not.
