Abstract (EN)

Like all chronic disease, Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a type of disease of the very high cost of the treatment . Required economic outgoings for monitoring and treatment of CKD, enforce the countries budgets. Depends on chronic disease, the governments aim to reduce the treatment costs as much as possible in today when health expenditures is increasing. In this study is based on literature review and field experience technique. According tho researches, the progression of CDK is able to decelerated with training; correspondingly both life quality and national economy are affected positively. Also peritoneal dialysis that is treatment one of the end-stage kidney diseas, makes a positive contribution to patient life quality and expenditures. Dialysis, an inevitable result of end-stage kidney disease, can be delayed with training of CKD. Unfortunately, CKD training programme, which is applied in many hospitals, is not included in the Health Application Communique (HAC). Besides, hospital administration does not give support adequate to training programme that does not correspond in this communique. This situation is not differ from in terms of peritoneal dialysis. Of PD and CKD training, that have many benefit, are supported by the ministry of health; primarily are defined the costs of parts, which costs are undetermined; is included the CKD training in HAC, will contribute to the decline of CKD's treatment costs significantly.
