Abstract (EN)
In this study, the relationship between conflict management and knowledge sharing in health care institutions is analyzed. A sample is chosen by doing a survey on senior and mid-level managers of health care in 11 public hospitals governed by Republic of Turkey Ministry of Health in the province of İstanbul to investigate the effects of knowledge sharing on conflict managament.In the regression analysis as a result of the assessment of the collected data, it is concluded that integration, one of the modes of conflict management, affects all the variables of knowledge sharing (attitude toward knowledge sharing, intention of knowledge sharing, shared goals, identification) positively. According to the results of correlation analysis, the most powerful relationship is comprehended to be the relationship between integration which is one of the modes of conflict management and identity which is one of the variables of knowledge sharing.Keywords: Conflict, Conflict Management, Knowledge, Knowledge Sharing
