Enterprise knowledge managemet

A set of changes in management area arose nowadays as in lots of areas with the effect of globalisation. Competition, perfectionism came to the forefront and then information became centralized within economic transformation process. In order for the business enterprises to succeed within that period, the need to manage information and knowledge owned by them accurately, continually and absolutely was arisen.Information management ,highly important for the business enterprises,is a process which covers the activities named production and development, classification and storage, sharing and transferring, usage of the information. This process, consisting of nested rings, becomes successful only when it is completely and continually executed and performed by managers and employees who understand the importance of it.In this study, a sample was chosen and it is analyzed the point of views upon information management by institutions employees and relevant activities concerning this issue.
