Abstract (EN)

The aim of the research is to determine the professional motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment levels of master trainers and to understand the relationship between these concepts. Quantitative research method is preferred in the research. The research data were obtained by questionnaire application. Validity and reliability analysis, normality tests, factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, frequency analysis, Pearson correlation, and one-way analysis of variance were performed in the study, respectively. SPSS 26 program and Amos 22 package program were used in the analysis. When the model fit indices are examined, the values show an acceptable level of agreement. When the motivation of master trainers increases, their job satisfaction and organizational commitment also increase. While the motivation of master trainers increases, their job satisfaction also increases. However, while job satisfaction increases, motivation levels increase at a low level. As the job satisfaction of master trainers increases, their organizational commitment also increases. As the professional motivation levels of master trainers increase, their organizational commitment also increases. The results of the study are discussed together with the findings of the literature. In addition, the current situation and research results of master trainers in Turkey are evaluated with a holistic approach and suggestions are made.
