Abstract (EN)
In this study, fundamentally it is aimed to determine the job satisfaction levels of individuals who benefit from the income generating projects implemented by Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundations in Ankara. For this purpose, a mixed method, which includes a combination of both quantitative and qualitative research methods, was used which is one of the most appropriate research designs for the purposes of this study. There are 233 people in Ankara benefiting from the income generating projects. A socio-demographic questionnaire and job satisfaction scale were applied by reaching 87 of them randomly. The questionnaire used in the study was adapted by the researcher, Job Satisfaction Scale which was developed by Kuzgun, Sevim and Hamamcı (2005) was applied to evaluate the job satisfaction of the beneficiaries of income generating projects. For the analysis of the collected data, statistical methods were used with the help of SPSS 20 program. According to the findings of the study, age and educational status do not affect the levels of job satisfaction in individuals using credit; It is determined that the job satisfaction levels of the people who have work experience and education are high. Those who found themselves successful in their job and those who stated that they were happy to do that job were found to have higher levels of job satisfaction. It was observed that the level of job satisfaction of the negative evaluators for credit is low but the job satisfaction levels increased as the stated evaluations turned to positive. Individuals who tried to improve themselves in their work were found to have higher levels of job satisfaction than those who did not. In addition, individuals whose credit payments are ongoing, who are in legal follow-up because they do not pay and do not pay, have low levels of job satisfaction; It is seen that the ones who complete their payments are high. It is thought that the research findings obtained from this study will help determine the variables that affect the job satisfaction levels of the individuals using micro-credits and will contribute to the more efficient and successful work of the credit-earners in the income generating projects to be applied later.
