Violence is an unacceptable fact in any terms because of damaging people. Although the people is mentioned from consequences of physical violence and those who applied, discuss and speak about the damages of psychological violence in humans is least importanT.Especially Experienced in working environments, mobbing which affects the private lives of the employees besides working lives is a very important organizational issue. People, who are working, spend on more of their time at their workplace. Competitive environment which grow stronger with economic developments are causing the organizations to push their employees to work them more. Because of that the employees are working more for meet the expectations of organizations and develop methods for claim to a better career position.
