Abstract (EN)

All businesses that exist on the world are in an intense competition as a result of constantly developing technology and globalized world. In order to not stay behind in this race, they have to be aware of the latest technology that they have to develop themselves and apply them to their businesses. However, businesses that want to get ahead in the competitive race need to establish organizational structures that are able to communicate fully, achieve job satisfaction and learn continuously. The concept of mobbing (emotional abuse), which began to be investigated after 1980's, emphasizes its importance at this point. Organizations having mobing can not establish healthy communication, it is impossible for employees to reach their job satisfaction and increase their organizational commitment. Many studies have shown that; The productivity of the businesses is directly proportional to the motivation and commitment of the occupation. As the motivation and organizational commitment of the occupation increases, the productivity of the employees increases as well. In the study, the concept of mobbing was firstly considered, and then organizational commitment, finally job satisfaction issues were examined. The final stage of the work is the field work. All analyzes were conducted with a total of 201 participants whose validity was tested for 215 participants in the total survey.
