Motivation and health care workers

The aim of this study is to display the motivation factors which are important according to health care workers for effective motivation in health organizations. In this study annalist method and literature scanning technique is used. Especially, in health topics, the topic is supported with professional knowledges and experiences. In the result; wages, status, independence in work , recognition , and physical conditions of the work place , training and promotion opportunities have been identified as the motivational factors which are more important for health workers. Also, wages is detected as the most important motivation factor for health care workers according to the study. If health care managers can know which motivation factors are important for health care workers, health care workers can be motivated more easy and effectively with the management of motivation factors. This case, increase the success of health care managers and productivity of health organizations. Health care managers can use several motivational factors at once for motivate the employees more effectively and quickly if necessary, according to needs of the employees. Healthcare organization managers also need to pay attention while motivating employees when applying to employees motivation factors are fair to approach.
