Abstract (EN)

The relationship of India-Pakistan geography with scienceand ulama dates back to early periods. This interest, which started with the expeditions from the Arabian peninsula to the region, continued to increase after the region came under Islamic rule. The numerous Works left by the scholars of this geography on Islamic sciences played an important role in the enrichment of the Islamic library. Although the language spoken in theregion is not Arabic, the fact that most of the Works written were written in Arabic, and thus the scholars of the region were recognized in other Islamic countries, especially in the Arab geography. As it is known by those who are engaged in the science of hadith or doing some research, serious studies have been carried out in the Hind-Sind region, especially in the field of hadith science. With these studies, contributions to the science of hadith are stil being carried out in certain madrasahs, both in teaching and in copyright. One of the well-known figures of the hadith scholars who grew up in the geography of Sindh is Muhammed Hayât es-Sindî. Theauthor, who lived in the region until a certain period of his life, later went to the Hejaz and exchanged knowledge and ideas with different scholars there, which was effective in the formation of his rich scientific personality. Sindî, who has books in different fields such as Aqaid-Kalam, Sufism, Fiqh, and Hadith, is a scholar whose scientific rank was given to scholars both in his period and after him. This scholar, whose muhaddis aspect preceded his relevance to other sciences, wrote hadiths in the Masjid an-Nabawi until his death, and many scholars from different regions benefited from him, as well as some works on the science of hadith. It will be tried to be presented through the scientific method works, especially the hadithism of Muhammed Hayât es-Sindi, about whom there is no comprehensive academic study in our country and whose biography is not mentioned among the articles of DIA. Keywords: es-Sindî, hadith, commentary, India.
