The edition-critique and examination of Nişancizâde's work entitled Nûru'l-'ayn (20-24. chapters)

Nûru'l-'Ayn fî Islahi Câmi'i'l-Fusuleyn is a work on the juristiction law written by Nişancızâde to improve the work of Sheikh Bedreddin's Câmi'u'l-Fusûleyn which was written by bringing together Mecdüdddin el-Usrûşenî's (d. 632/1235) al-Fusûl and İmâdüddin el-Merğinânî's Fusûlü'l-ihkâm fî usûli'l-ahkâm. Our study aims to compare chapters 20 and 24 of Nûru'l-'Ayn and chapters 20 and 25 of Câmi'u'l-Fusûleyn and consists of two chapters. The first section includes the comparison of the chapters in terms of the content of the chapters, the style of the wording and the preferences of the letter-transfer, and the examinition of the savings that Nişancızâde made for the purpose of improvement. The second part includes the examinition of the capters on two different copies Nûru'l-'Ayn.
