In this study, it is aimed to examine the relationship between the fear of the Covid-19 virus and the motivation of teachers working in Anatolian high schools. Relational screening model was used in the research. The study group of the research consisted of 354 teachers working in Anatolian High Schools in the city center of Bolu in the spring term of the 2020-2021 academic year. As data collection tool in the research; "Personal Information Form", "Teacher Motivation Scale" and "Coronavirus (Covid-19) Fear Scale" were used. According to the research results; teachers' perceptions of Covid-19 fear at the level of "undecided" across the scale; motivation perceptions are at the level of "totally agree" across the scale and its dimensions. Teachers' perceptions of Covid-19 fear differ significantly across the scale, according to the gender variable. Female teachers' fears of the Covid-19 virus are higher than male teachers' fears. It was determined that the motivation perceptions of the teachers did not reveal a significant difference in the scale and dimensions according to the gender variable. According to the marital status and professional seniority variable, there is no significant difference in the Covid-19 fear perceptions and motivation levels of the teachers. In this study, no significant relationship was found between the Covid-19 fear scale and the motivation scale and its dimensions.
