School-based management:applicability of pri̇mary school in Kırşehi̇r

Although researches have been made related with decentralization in education and self-based management, transferring authority, revolving authority and in these contexts, the basic texture of schools was produced education, on the schools' structures goals, processes and including operation, climates, and the framework of role of social ,economic, politic ,individual with delivering educational activity by teachers, therefore the views of teachers are important. The aim of this research was to describe the views of teachers about school based management system and at the same time, to present a more basic and systematic approach to complicated views of school based management literatures. In this context, as self in the work that is performed, Kırşehir according to the class teachers who served in schools, school based management as the basis of the current state of the system that is best suited to, however, location and characteristics of deficiencies in certain schools, it was stated that it was concluded that teachers with different points of view.
